The main house boasts a spacious and comfortable living area that steps out to the huge wrap-around porch where you can spend your day laying on the bed swings, listening to the noise of the creek below.

The fully equipped kitchen and dining area located on the main level provides everything you need to whip up a delicious meal or enjoy a relaxing evening with family and friends. With the open floorpan, you'll enjoy a spacious living area with comfortable seating, a wood-burning fireplace, and flat-screen TV, perfect for cozying up on a chilly night. Also located on this level, you will find a luxurious master suite with a king-sized bed and ensuite bathroom.

Upstairs, you will find another king suite with its own bathroom and a large loft area featuring a queen futon bed and the amazing Infinity game table that offers endless hours of fun for your group. With over fifty games to choose from, including classic favorites like Monopoly, Scrabble, and Clue, as well as several modern favorites, there's something for everyone to enjoy.

Making your way downstairs, you'll find another suite- this one with a queen-sized bed with a full bathroom. Our favorite part of this space is the man cave and media room area. This is the perfect space for the guys in your group to relax, enjoy a fun game of poker, or watch their favorite team play on the large curved screen TV. With a separate kitchenette, they will have all they need to keep those beverages cool or to whip up something to eat. And when it's time to unwind, the lower terrace level boasts a huge hot tub and is the perfect place to soak and take in the beautiful surroundings.

It doesn't stop there! We are opening the brand new guesthouse in June of 2023 and it is a true haven for entertainment. The spacious game room will include a pool table, shuffleboard, Skeeball, darts, and more. The upstairs bedroom is perfect for families or groups of friends traveling together, offering two additional queen-sized beds and another full bathroom.

Perhaps the most enchanting feature of this rental is the noisy wide creek that runs alongside the property, offering the perfect playground for guests of all ages. Meet the Clements family, a group of vacation rental experts who are dedicated to providing their guests with exceptional service and luxurious accommodations. The family began their venture with four members, but has since grown to include a son-in-law and grandson, who they lovingly refer to as the "apple of our eye."

Randy had years of experience running a general contractor business before selling it in 2021. Susie, his wife, has a background in property management. Together, they have blended their skills to create stunning rentals that are second to none.

One of the things that sets the Clements family's rentals apart from others is their focus on providing peaceful, non-crowded locations that are perfect for families with special needs. With a child who cannot walk or talk, they understand the challenges of finding accommodations that are both comfortable and accessible. That's why they go above and beyond to ensure that each unit is designed to meet the needs of all guests, regardless of their abilities.

Their first rentals were located in the tranquil town of Mexico Beach, Florida, but they soon expanded to include a mountain retreat in Blue Ridge/Ellijay, Georgia, as well as a few local short-term rentals in Alabama. By the end of 2022, they had a portfolio of four stunning beach condos, a mountain creekside retreat, and several Alabama rentals.

We fell in love with this area the first time we visited. Having gone to areas like Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge in the past, we were looking for a place that offered the same great outdoors- without the traffic and crowds. There is so much to do in the area, which we love. We have been so many times, and there are still things that we haven't done! We are hoping to be able to stay for extended periods of time once we retire. In the meantime, we are sharing this magical place with others!
Situated on Clear Creek, a wide super noisy creek , located in East Ellijay sits the most amazing family getaway. You'll feel like you're far from civilization, yet you are only six miles from Ingles grocery in Ellijay, several restaurants, and ten minutes from Downtown Ellijay. Blue Ridge is approximately 20 minutes away.
