This fabulous five-bedroom waterfront rental accommodates up to 13 guests and is located in the rustic village of Avon, North Carolina. In fact, it was designed in reverse with the fully equipped kitchen, dining room, TV room, and toilet on the top floor.
There are four bedrooms and two bathrooms on the second floor. Each room is furnished comfortably with one king-size bed, one queen-size, two twin beds or four bunk bed in the last room. The master suite can be found on the ground floor. Both the top and second floor have a deck, and guests can find a six-person hot tub on the second floor.
This beach rental is the perfect location for a family getaway with a picnic area, two outdoor showers, kayaks, and a fire pit to enjoy a night of relaxation after an action-packed day.
Guests have access to a private beach, tennis courts, and an Olympic-size swimming pool. The beach house boasts a wrap around balcony with a hot tub. There is a picnic area with a table, a fire pit, a shaded play area for children to enjoy, a hammock to relax in, as well as a grill, paddle board stand, and two outdoor showers.
