McAlpine walking trail access right next to the property! Good for bike riding. Close to business park in Ballantyne for business travelers. Able to accommodate larger groups with plenty of driveway space for vehicles. Additional street parking is also available.

STARTER ESSENTIALS: We provide our guests with all linens (sheets, bath towels) as well as a complimentary starter pack of essentials including: toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, kitchen necessities such as garbage bags, paper towels, hand and dish soap, dishwasher soap and laundry detergent. Please consider the length and purpose of your trip when planning your stay with us - our essentials are provided to get your vacation started.

PLEASE NOTE***** There is ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND IN THE HOUSE. If evidence of smoking inside is found, a $500 fine will be assessed + additional cleaning fees will be charged. Thank you for your understanding.

Pets are welcome for an additional fee of $300 PER pet per stay. Please let this be known at time of booking.

Guests may access all areas of the home and backyard. Front door keypad may be hard to see at night. Touch the keypad to illuminate the numbers and then enter your code.

I give my guests space but am available when needed. Easy check-in/out with personal door code. No keys to carry. We're available during your stay for any of your needs.
