The security deposit is an authorization hold, not a charge. It's a temporary hold placed on your credit card the day before arrival; reserved to cover damages to the property. For the security and safety of all our guests, this property has a Ring camera that monitors the front of the property. An additional exterior Ring camera monitors the back entrance and driveway.
