Set in the Smoky Mountains, this log cabin comes set with three bedrooms and two bathrooms and can sleep up to eight guests. The living room comes furnished with cozy sofas, a VCR and a DVD player, as well as a flat-screen television. Guests will enjoy the wood-burning stone fireplace in the colder months and the private deck for sunny summer days. The games room comes with a pool table, air hockey, foosball, and a shuffleboard. Guests will also find a large charcoal grill, a private hot tub and fire pit outside for roasting marshmallows.

This property is located in the Great Smoky Mountains of North Carolina. This private 65-acre is a little piece of heaven tucked away in the mountains. Whether watching the sunrise over the mountain peaks while the Smoky Mountains clear up for a beautiful day, or setting sights on a herd of buffalo coming in for their morning oats, guests will not be disappointed. This glamping site is just 25 miles west of Asheville, 12 miles to Maggie Valley and 12 miles to Waynesville. Lastly, guests will only be eight miles from Lake Junaluska and The Asheville Regional Airport is only 35 miles from this property.

If glampers are looking for a quiet “get away from it all” retreat, this is certainly it! Enjoy long hikes on the property, fishing within walking distance from the log cabin on The Pigeon River or take a trip into town to do some shopping or antiquing. Children will love a short hike through the woods to the play area, The BC Corral! This custom designed area has everything from swings, a zip line, slides, a teeter totter, cargo nets, a rock wall and even a horseshoe pit for the adults! The kids will certainly love it here.

In the summer, enjoy hiking to waterfalls, biking, fishing, white water rafting, horseback riding and even gem mining. Kids will also love a train ride on the Great Smoky Mountain Railroad. In the fall, drive along the beautiful Blue Ridge Parkway and take in a breathtaking display of fall colors! Spring is a great time of year! As guests are visiting at this time, they will not be disappointed with a visit to the Biltmore Estate to see Biltmore Blooms! The gardens, designed by renowned landscape architect Frederick Law Olmsted, come to life with wave after wave of gorgeous blooms.

Lastly, nothing says winter like curling up in a beautiful log cabin with a cozy fire crackling in the background. The adventurous types can hit the slopes at Cataloochee Ski Area—just 20 minutes away. Guests surely will enjoy the therapeutic outdoor hot tubs when returning to the cabin. Also, kids will always remember a trip on the Polar Express Train Ride.

Additional Information

This property will not rent to vacationing students or singles under 25 years of age, unless accompanied by an adult guardian or parent.

Pets are welcome at this property for a fee of $100 for a maximum of two dogs. This is a non-smoking property, a $100 fee will be deducted from the guests' deposit if evidence of smoking is found.
