This unique rental cabin is located in Godwin, North Carolina, near Fayetteville, and can accommodate four guests. It has two bedrooms and one full bathroom. The first bedroom contains a full-size bed, bedside shelves and lamps, a writing desk, and an armchair all within a roomy space surrounded by wood on all of the surfaces and brightened by natural light from windows on two sides of the room. The second bedroom provides another full-size bed in a cozy sleeping space that is also surrounded by wood on all of the surfaces and windows on two sides of the room. In the equally cozy and rustic bathroom, guests will find a toilet, a sink, a clawfoot bathtub, and an armchair.
In the open-plan living and dining room, guests will find a sofa, an armchair, a bookcase full of books, a coffee table in the living area, and a four-person table in the living area. The two areas are partially separated by a brick fireplace in the middle of the room. The kitchen comes with a refrigerator, a microwave, a grill, and a sink. In the spacious porch, guests will find rocking chairs, a lounge chair, and a hammock to relax in. Other amenities include central air conditioning and heating. Outside, guests will find a 10-acre wildlife preserve with nature trails, a stream, and a swamp full of wildlife.

At the site, guests can go walking on the nature trails that wind through the 10-acre nature preserve, and they can keep an eye out for the wildlife that frequents the preserve's woodlands, streams, and swamps; bobcats, deer, muskrats, otters, raccoons, red foxes, grey foxes, frogs, turtles, and over 100 species of birds are among the creatures they may spot. At nearby Hubb's Farm, they can try to find their way through a corn maze. At the Averasboro Civil War Battlefield and Museum, guests can learn about the Civil War battle that took place here and view artifacts from the battle.
By the banks of the Cape Fear River, guests can go hiking and mountain biking on the trails that follow its course. At Arnette Park and Mazarick Park, visitors will find more trails to enjoy, along with spots to go fishing and opportunities for boating, with rentals available.
