Set on a small peninsula in Hatteras, North Carolina, this waterfront vacation rental can sleep up to eight guests. Guests here are ideally located to indulge in some great activities. There are lots of water sports to try out, whale and dolphin watching tours, and of course, with the beach being close, guests can enjoy a lazy day on the sand, soaking up the sun.

This two-story rental has the main accommodation on the upper level, and the lower level with the garage is an efficiency unit. The main rental has two bedrooms and one full bathroom. In the efficiency unit, there is a bedroom, a bathroom, and it comes with its own small refrigerator, microwave, and coffeemaker. In total, there is a king-size bed, a queen-size bed, one double bed, and two twin beds. The communal area is open plan, light, modern, and spacious. The kitchen is fully equipped, and there is a dining table with room for everyone to sit together. The large living area has a couple of comfortable sofas and a TV.

Guests can step out of the living room's French windows onto the wraparound deck with views of the water. With the property backing right onto the water, guests can make use of the private dock, either to moor up a boat, or to sit out on one of the rocking chairs and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. There is a barbeque for a warm summer's evening, and there is no better way to relax after a long day of excursions than to enjoy the private outdoor hot tub.

The rental has laundry facilities including a washer and a dryer. There is central heating and air conditioning. For entertainment, there is satellite TV, a DVD player, and there is free Wi-Fi. Outside, guests can enjoy grilling steaks and burgers on the barbeque on the sun deck, and there is also a dock specifically for the rental.
