Stairs are a part of this experience so if guests have trouble with stairs and natural terrain this experience can be challenging and not recommended. Children aged 7 and up are welcome with parents' supervision at all times. Guests must keep the grounds and treehouse free of garbage, not burn trash in the fire pit, as well as respect the local wildlife. In addition, guests must put out fires before they leave for the day and the camping toilet must be emptied daily into the garbage container provided. Guests are asked to please keep music at a reasonable level.
There is a on-demand hot shower available! (Unless the temperatures are freezing, below 40F running water will be turned off. Winterizing plumbing. Plan accordingly to weather information).
Activities mentioned are nearby but require guests to drive to locations as the treehouse is on a rural mountain family farm.
This property is a gated peaceful environment. There is potential for occasional noise from the farm/recreational/construction community.
Guests are asked not to physically interact with the horses without prior consent.
Guests will be asked to provide a copy of a driver's license for identification once the booking is confirmed for all adults included in the booking.
Please note:
This is a Glamping treehouse, which means we are in a camping-like setting. All activities are outside the treehouse and weather/seasonal dependent. Grass, leaves, dirt, mud...the outhouse/shower is about 15-20' from the treehouse. We're a gated farm. We have gates in various locations for the safety of our animals and our privacy. Our terrain is farmland, small hills, and a slow-moving creek. If you are looking to disconnect, and be with nature but have the comfort of a climate-controlled treehouse...this is it!
Be kind to the environment and take care of the surroundings.
