The Space:
This tiny house is just 10 minutes from the coastal city of Coffs Harbour in Boambee East. It’s a peaceful getaway surrounded by lush greenery and a man-made dam. This tiny house sits next to Boambee Creek, with a walking and cycling path leading to Sawtell Beach and Coffs Harbour Waterfront. Explore nearby attractions like the Coffs Harbour Butterfly House, The Big Banana Fun Park, and the Muttonbird Island Nature Reserve. Spot koalas in the riverbank trees and enjoy the countryside setting away from the city.
A comfortable, 139-square-foot accommodation is set in one of the best tiny house rentals and serene locations with abundant natural bushland, easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities.
The bathroom, however, follows ecologically sustainable principles, including an eco-friendly cassette toilet with a removable waste holding tank, hand basin, and shower (gas heated for hot showers). It focuses on satisfying people's needs with natural resources and processes to save water by using eco-friendly toilets to save the environment.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Please advise that there will be a second tiny house called "Farmhouse 1 at Coffs" that sits on the same property. If you want to book in groups, please contact your land host 24 hrs in advance to make arrangements.
The distance between the two tiny houses are about 100meters and they are visually separated by trees etc.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to the tiny home and its immediate surroundings, with the exception of the main residence and the garages. Please do not access Boambee Creek from the property, as there is no proper access.
Interaction with Guests:
Guests will enjoy your own private space but we are always happy to chat with you.

This area offers a relaxed, local atmosphere where visitors can truly experience the seaside region. While Coffs Harbour is known for its coastal charm and outdoor attractions, the farm retreat’s proximity to the Waterfall Way and the Solitary Islands Marine Park places it in the heart of varied natural landscapes.
Our local recommendations:
- Sawtell Beach is perfect for swimming, surfing, and relaxing. The beach is patrolled daily from September to April, offering safe conditions for visitors. Sailors Bay provides sheltered waters, rock pools, and a boat ramp at the southern end.
- The Coffs Harbour Butterfly House offers a unique experience where visitors can stroll through an indoor subtropical rainforest filled with Australian butterflies. Watch as they flutter, court, and rest while showcasing their colorful patterns.
- The Big Banana Fun Park in Coffs Harbour offers a variety of attractions for all ages. Eenjoy thrilling activities such as toboggan rides, mini-golf, laser tag, and water slides, along with a 4D movie experience.

- Wifi is not available
- Firewood provided for free
- Two bottles of drinking water every day is provided free of charge.
- Gas BBQ grill is available
- Highway noise is minimal at night
- Smoking is allowed on the property
- There is a friendly dog on the property
- No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed
- Mobile reception has good signals for all telco lines
- Make sure to turn off the lights, air conditioning, and electronics (e.g., especially chargers)
- Be cautious when entering and exiting the property as you transition from an 80km/h zone
- We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge
- Don’t forget to close the windows and lock doors when leaving the tiny house/property, as horses are on the farm
Important note:
- Keep in mind that BBQ grills and outdoor fire pits are not available during a total fire ban
- Due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife may be present in the surrounding areas
- For stays of 5 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain the cassette toilet and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests. We appreciate your understanding.
