A boutique family-owned vineyard with a wine cellar surrounded by abundant trellised vine, spectacular sunset views, and native wildlife to keep you company (e.g., kangaroos, ducks, and swans).

The Space:
The rental is located in the Hunter Region of New South Wales, where you can rest and enjoy comfortable accommodation with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities.

The bathroom follows ecologically sustainable principles, including a waterless eco-friendly cassette toilet, hand basin, and shower (gas heated for hot showers). It focuses on satisfying people's needs with natural resources and processes to save water through using eco-friendly toilets to save the environment.

Other Things to Note:
- No smoking on the property
- No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed
- Compost bins are available for guests to use when disposing of trash
- Keep in mind that BBQ grills and outdoor fire pits are not available during a fire ban
- Due to the property's rural location, you may encounter inconveniences such as insects during your stay
- Complimentary bottle of wine is available in the fridge. Our Wine Cellar is open 10:00am-4:00pm Friday-Saturday. Please visit our wine cellar if you would like a wine tasting for $10.00/person or to purchase wine
- There is another tiny house in the property which is about 60 metres away up the hill. Please expect some company during your stay
