The ideal tiny house set in an empty space surrounded by trees with stunning views of natural bush, near a dam with fish and bonfire facilities, and chargrill bbq. A comfortable stay with easy access to water, a kitchenette with cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom with a cassette toilet and removable waste holding tank, hand basin, and shower (gas-heated for hot showers).

If you plan to spend your farm stay NSW getaways here, we advise that you bring your basic necessities, such as food and water during your stay with us.

- We also offer lunch or dinner options such as shared platters which include 6 Lebanese-style marinated meat skewers, homemade garlic and hummus, Lebanese bread, and pickles. BBQ and coal are provided too. $40

- Smoking allowed only at outside of the Tiny house
- Chargrill BBQ and bonfire facilities available
- Telstra has good signal. Optus, Vodafone, 2degrees & Spark have weak signal.
- No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed
- We have cows, sheep, chickens, rabbits, dogs, and pet snakes (in cages).
- Pets are not allowed on beds and sofas, and clean after your pet’s droppings
- Please clean up after your pet’s shedding before checking out in courtesy of other guests
- Please note that this is a PET-FRIENDLY property, and pet policies will be sent prior to your arrival
- We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge

Important note:

- Keep in mind that an outdoor fire pit is not available during the fire season
- Due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife may be present on the property.
- In order to maintain the cleanliness and functionality of our compost toilets a minimum additional cleaning fee is applied for stays of 5 nights or more. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring a hygienic experience during your stay.
