Only 25 kilometers north of Townsville, where you can enjoy stunning landscapes and neighbouring farmlands in the area.

The Space:
It sits in Black River, a northern suburb of Townsville, Australia. Located on a grassy creekfront with a large shady tree to provide a cooling breeze, this spot is ideal for lazy afternoon naps, reading a book, and small picnics. Willows Sunday Market and Harveys Restaurant are just a few of the nearby attractions.

A comfortable stay with easy access to water, a kitchenette with cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities including a waterless cassette toilet with a removable waste-holding tank, hand basin, and shower (gas-heated for hot showers) for your use.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the tiny house and its surrounding areas, except for the land host's private residence and machinery sheds.

- Magnetic Island is only a 20-min ferry ride away from the Cowboys stadium, which is located in the city's centre.
- Paluma Rainforest is a 45 min drive north encompassing world heritage flora and fauna easily accessible by a mountain route for a day excursion.

Billabong Wildlife sanctuary and Pinnacles Gallery are just a few of the nearby attractions you can visit.

By car:

- Uber is $60 from the city
- Taxi is $80 from the airport
- You can also hire cars at the airport for an extra cost.

Other Things to Note:
- No smoking allowed on the property
- No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed
- We have cows who want to be fed and patted under the land host's supervision
- We also have a dog called Koby, who loves pats, and brings you beer or wine to save time with a return trip to the shops and breakfast

Farm guidelines

- Please be advised that we have livestock (and noise) on our property
- Always remember to shut the gates before entering and leaving the paddocks
- Please do not enter animal paddocks or yards without the land host's permission
- We also ask guests not to feed any kind of food to farm animals as they are on specific diets for their health

Important note:

- Keep in mind that BBQ grills and outdoor fire pits are not available during a total fire ban
- Due to the property's rural location, you may encounter inconveniences such as insects during your stay
