Guests are only a five-minute drive from the Barron Falls and just a 30 to 45-minute drive from the Gateways of the Great Barrier Rief. A 25-minute drive brings guests to the town of Smithfield, where they will find the Smithfield Shopping Center. The property is surrounded by forestry and state parks including the Kuranda State Forest, the Formartine Forest Reserve, and the Bilwon State Forest. Additionally, the Cairns International Airport is located 25 minutes away by car.
