A cozy 139-square-foot tiny home with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a queen-sized bed, a well-equipped kitchenette, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include an eco-friendly cassette toilet with a removable waste-holding tank, hand basin, and shower (gas-heated for hot showers).

Guests will have access to the tiny home and are free to explore the 56-acre property, except for the land host’s residence and shed.

Additionally, it’s just 5 minutes to Bamboo Land and the historic Brooklyn House.

Road Conditions:
Reachable by 2WD: Yes, all main roads in and around Howard are accessible by 2WD vehicles. A 4WD may be beneficial for exploring more remote areas or during wet weather conditions.

By public transport:
- Guests can take the tilt train from Brisbane to Howard, which takes about 4 hours and stops less than 2 km from the property.

- Bottled water (500ml) is $2 per bottle
- All mobile networks have good reception
- No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed
- No smoking allowed inside the tiny house, except outdoors
- Firewood is available free of charge, but must be self-collected
- We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge
- The property is suitable for children under 16. For safety reasons, children must be supervised at all times because of the nearby dam and farm machinery.

Important note:
- Keep in mind that BBQ grills and outdoor fire pits are not available during a total fire ban
- Due to the property's rural location, you may encounter inconveniences such as insects during your stay
- For stays of 5 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain the cassette toilets and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests. We appreciate your understanding.
