This cozy 139-square-foot farm stay is perfect for reconnecting with the outdoors, surrounded by abundant bushland. It features easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette with cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include an eco-friendly cassette toilet with a removable waste-holding tank, a hand basin, and a gas-heated shower for hot water.

IMPORTANT NOTE: For guest privacy, the tiny house is located 100 meters from the main house and 300 meters from the main road.

Guests can access the tiny home and its immediate surroundings. Explore our beautiful gardens and expansive paddocks, where they can relax by the peaceful dam, watching dragonflies and a variety of native birds.

- Free parking is available on the property. Please use the designated areas for easy access and to avoid any inconvenience.

- We kindly ask guests to follow the pool and gym rules and adhere to all safety guidelines to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.
- For those looking for a more social experience, feel free to enjoy the private outdoor fire pit or take advantage of the shared spaces, which include a large open fire pit, a resort-style pool, and a home gym.

- The Gold Coast Airport is about 75 km away and takes roughly 1 hour by car.

- Wifi is available 

- Gas BBQ grill is available 

- We do not permit parties on the property 

- No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed 

- Please dispose of waste properly using designated bins for recycling and rubbish 

- Mobile reception has good signals for Telstra and Optus; Weak signals for the rest 

- Don’t forget to close the windows and lock doors when leaving the tiny house/ property 

- Make sure to turn off the lights, air conditioning, and electronics (e.g., especially chargers) 

- We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge 

- Smoking is not allowed inside the tiny home or any indoor areas. If you wish to smoke, please use designated outdoor areas and dispose of cigarette butts responsibly

- In case of any emergency or if you need assistance during your stay, please contact us immediately. We are happy to assist with any concerns you may have.
- Our young grandson lives on the property, so you may occasionally hear family sounds. We aim to keep the atmosphere peaceful and appreciate your understanding of our family setting.
- As we are located on a spacious 6-acre property, please be aware that you may hear occasional vehicle movement coming and going from the main house. We do our best to minimize disruptions.
Important note: 


- Keep in mind that BBQ grills and outdoor fire pits are not available during a total fire ban 

- Due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife may be present in the surrounding areas 

- Our property is home to wildlife like kangaroos, wallabies, and various birds. Please don’t feed or approach them for their safety and yours 

- For stays of 5 nights or more (or for bookings of 5 nights or more), an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain the cassette toilet and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests. We appreciate your understanding.
