This quirky cottage rental has been inspired by Africa and its rich culture to provide glampers with a unique camping experience near Brisbane, Queensland. This African inspired cottage is a spacious and well-appointed self-contained cottage. The cottage has two large bedrooms upstairs, both with queen-size beds and one has a single-size bed as well. In one of the cupboards is a "cubby house" to the delight of smaller children and the bathroom has a big bath overlooking the 500-year-old fig tree. Just imagine soaking away the cares of everyday life as laying in the bath, overlooking lush gardens. There is a smaller bedroom with a double-size bed with an ensuite downstairs.

The spacious lounge/dining room features a sofa bed and log fire, TV and DVD player, and the country-style huge kitchen. This is a magical place with the fig tree standing as the centerpiece and the wisteria drapes the outdoor area. The cottage also has its own private BBQ area for ultimate relaxation. Sleeping up to nine people, the cottage is ideal for families or friends to share.

All bedding and linen are provided including pillows, doonas, throws, sheets, and pillowcases, as well as towels, face washers, hand towels, tea towels and bath mats. As the rooms are spacious, there is more than enough room for extra mattresses but they are not provided.

Have a relaxing aromatherapy massage in the comfort of a private cottage, followed by a luxurious bath. Listen to African music while sipping a delicious drink, followed by a delicious South African dinner from the extensive menu or visit one of the many award-winning restaurants in the area.

There are many facilities and amenities that this glamping site offers in order to make each stay comfortable and memorable. This includes a baby cot, a high chair, as well as babysitting, a gas BBQ, and a nearby boat ramp. Books and magazines will be supplied, in addition to a children's playground, a DVD player, a stereo, and a television. Breakfast provisions are also available for self-cooking.
