This spacious rainforest cottage is located in a beautiful Gondwana Rainforest location in Springbrook, Queensland, and can accommodate up to four guests. The cottage has two bedrooms and one bathroom. The first bedroom has a queen-size bed and curved timber walls which meet in a central apex, giving the room a cathedral-style ceiling. The second bedroom has two single beds. Linens, towels, pillows, and basic toiletries are provided.

The bathroom has a toilet, a bath, and a sink. For extra luxury, guests can also enjoy a heated spa bath with amazing views of the stunning natural surroundings. In the spacious living area, there is a comfy sofa, a warming fireplace, and a large LCD TV with a DVD player and access to a large collection of DVDs and CDs.

In the fully-equipped kitchen, guests can prepare all kinds of delicious meals with the oven, stove, and grill. Extra comforts include a microwave, and a wooden dining table to enjoy a romantic dinner or a light breakfast. Other amenities include an electric blanket for cold months, and fans to stay cool in the summer. Guests can enjoy large windows which offer stunning views of the surrounding forest, where rare and endangered species can be spotted including over 100 bird species, koalas, goannas, king parrots, and black cockatoos.

Outside, guests can step out onto the large deck at the front of the cottage, and relax on the patio furniture while drinking in the beautiful surroundings.

In this property, guests will have access to a range of amenities including an extensive DVD/CD library for the stereo and a DVD player. There are electric blankets for the cooler months, and ceiling fans to stay cool during summer. Please note, due to the heavy forestation, internet access is not available.

For extra luxury, guests can also enjoy a heated spa bath and pool with amazing 270-degree views of the stunning natural surroundings.

This area is perfect for guests who love wildlife. The forests encapsulating the property are home to many species of frogs, snakes, birds, and marsupial species in the subtropical temperatures. More than anywhere else in Australia, Springbook is home to many rare and threatened plants and animals, so guests will enjoy looking out for these rare and ancient life forms. Koalas, goannas, king parrots, and black cockatoos can be spotted on rare days.

The surrounding rainforests are also home to many hidden gems for hikers of all levels to enjoy. There are fresh mountain streams, eucalypt forests, picnic grounds, and many walking systems throughout the forest. Springbrook National Park is also home to many walking tracks of varying difficulty, from as little as a few hundred meters to over 16 kilometers. The Best of All Lookout offers spectacular views of the mountain region and the ancient volcano in the national park.
