The Space:
It offers a tranquil escape in Normanville, just an hour's drive from Adelaide. Along this scenic route, discover the breathtaking coastal wonders of Hallett Cove, the inviting shores of Aldinga Beach, and the picturesque landscapes of Sellicks Beach.

The tiny house sits on the left side of the property, only a 3-minute drive from Carrickalinga, the closest coastal town. Nearby are other picturesque coastal spots like Wirrina Cove and Second Valley.

Upon entering the property, proceed straight towards the sign and then turn left to reach the tiny house. It's a 139-square-foot tiny home with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities are all included.

These amenities include an eco-friendly cassette toilet with a removable waste holding tank, hand basin, and shower (gas-heated for hot showers).
