In addition, the luxury suite comes with an antique German piano; a resplendent, carved European antique oak cupboards; rare James Ballantine, Scottish antique ecclesiastic stained glass windows circa 1890; an impressive, 23-karat, hand-gilded, heritage timber-beamed ceiling; antique clocks circa 1820; a Napoleon III gilt cushion mirror; Liberty & Morris & Co linen fabrics and Scottish leather; and Brinton's finest plush Axminster carpet. There is also a bay window that overlooks the picturesque and colorful hedged gardens and ancient elm trees, as well as a dramatic, glass-walled, ensuite, heritage-tiled bathroom with natural lighting that overlooks a tranquil pond and terraced, box-hedged garden.

The cost for the private afternoon tea/luncheon for two for tea in the majestic and beautiful Kings Chambers suite is approx. $383 USD (or $499.00 AUD) for two people. A lavish bunch of unique wildly romantic flowers from the extraordinary Ivy Shed can be included for an additional $127 USD (or $165.00 AUD). For additional people, the cost will be calculated to suit numbers. Six guests is the maximum number for any afternoon tea booking.
The tea/luncheon lasts for two hours and may be booked for lunch from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. A 'tea goodie box” is also provided to extend and share the special celebration beyond guests' visit here.
Romantic dinners can also be arranged and include a four-course, multiple-choice menu, using the best of local fresh produce, and is served course by course to guests' suites at their preferred time for a cost of $120 USD (or $156 AUD) per person. The dining room is available by prior special request (surcharge applicable); though all suites have formal antique tables and chairs for private dining.
The romantic dinner will include local cuisine with a great selection of organic and bio-dynamic produce, and no GM foods are used. The focus is on the freshest possible ingredients, including many salad and vegetable varieties and fruits from the garden, and the herbs come from the property's organic kitchen garden. In addition, the eggs come from the property's free-range hens, and South Australian seafood is also featured. Guests are allowed to bring their own alcoholic beverages along; this property does not sell alcohol. In order to make the dinner reservation, there is a requisite one-week notice prior to arrival to ensure the produce supply.
