Established in 1970, the property is a captivating piece of paradise surrounded by a panorama of plains, mountains, and vines that takes you back to the old-country charm of Ararat's Gold Rush Days.

The tiny house is the ideal accommodation in Ararat set 350 meters above sea level, near Montara Wines. It is complete with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. The bathroom, however, follows ecologically sustainable principles, including a cassette toilet with a removable waste-holding tank, hand basin, and shower (gas-heated for hot showers) for you to use. Guests will have access to the tiny house and its surroundings, including our cellar door, which is accessible during open hours, except for the wine factory on the vineyard grounds, which is restricted to approved personnel only.

Please take note that this tiny house is an off-grid unit that runs on solar energy. We advise guests to conserve energy during the day and only use it when necessary.
