A small rural community where vacationers can experience the classic country charm and slow laid-back lifestyle of Victoria. The ideal farm stay accommodation nestled on 133-acre remote property surrounded by bushland, wide-open spaces, and farm animals to keep you company.
The Space:
This tiny house is a perfect farm stay for vacationers looking to experience living off-grid with a well-equipped kitchenette, pot-bellied stove, queen-sized bed up in the loft, and a couch on the ground floor. If you plan to cook, the kitchenette has everything to cook your light meals, such as cooking tools, cutlery, and a portable electric cooler fridge.
The bathroom, however, follows ecologically sustainable principles, including a waterless eco-friendly compost toilet, hand basin, and shower (gas heated for hot showers). It focuses on satisfying people's needs with natural resources and processes to save water through using eco-friendly toilets to save the environment.
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the tiny house and its surrounding areas, except the land host's private residence.
Interaction with Guests:
Guests will enjoy your own private space but we are always happy to chat with you.

- No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed
- No smoking inside the tiny house, except in designated areas
- Diesel heater is available to provide heat inside
- First barrow of firewood is free. Extra firewood is at $10 per barrow
- Don't forget to close windows, and lock doors when leaving the house
- Make sure to turn off the lights and electronics (e.g., especially chargers)
- Some areas are shared
Important note:
- Guests are advised to bring portable power banks in case of low power
- Guests are also advised to save energy to avoid running out of electricity
- USB ports are provided to guests for charging devices to conserve energy
- Please take note that outdoor fire pits are not available during the fire season
- Please charge your phone and electronics in advance in case of low-light days
- Due to the property's rural location, you may encounter inconveniences such as insects during your stay
- As the house is across a couple of paddocks on a dirt track, when the weather has been very wet a four wheel drive is needed to access the house. If guests do not have this we can ferry them and their luggage to and from the house as required.
