About this place

The Space:
Our tiny houses are well equipped and provide a great base for your travels whilst exploring the Grampians. The tiny house is situated in Grampians Edge Caravan Park in Dadswells Bridge, Victoria. A comfortable stay with split air conditioning, a kitchenette (including a fridge and microwave), and cooking equipment.

The bathroom uses a cassette toilet with a removable waste-holding tank, hand basin, and shower (gas heated for hot showers).

Pets are strictly not allowed inside our tiny houses.

Note: As this is a caravan park, there will be other guests on the property staying in cabins or tiny houses next to you.

History of the park:
Cleve Krause built the caravan park in its present location between 1970 and 1971. The park originally commenced with 40 powered sites and a central ablutions block. In 1972, Cleve added the first two cabins and in subsequent years continued to add to the numbers until he had nine cabins in total. Since this time, the two have been combined together.

The construction of the Weir enabled a concrete swimming pool to be constructed during the early years. It was first used in the summer of 1972. Today the park is best known for its scenic location, shady sites and peaceful atmosphere. On the adjoining property, also previously owned by Cleve, an airstrip was built. The original intention was to make the park an air-o-tel.

Guest Access:
Guests can access the communal facilities and amenities available in the park:
- Camp Kitchen
- Laundry
- Communal or individual fire drums and pits
- Swimming pool
- Tennis Courts

- Recreational room

The Neighborhood:
Stawell, Horsham, Halls Gap, and Great Western are all nearby towns that are a short drive from the cabin. Offering comfortable accommodations near national parks, hiking trails, mountain biking trails, fishing, kayaking, and more.
