The Space:
It is a tranquil setting surrounded by wide-open grasslands and natural forests. The ideal Mount Buller accommodation is 59 minutes from our 2 1/2 acres of property with native wildlife such as kangaroos, wombats, echidnas, and birdlife to keep you company. Mansfield Golf Club, King Valley Wines, and Delatite Wines are just of the nearby attractions available.

Awe-inspiring natural beauty with waterfalls, lakes, mountains, and everything else Howes Creek and the surrounding areas have to offer. It's a comfortable accommodation with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities including a cassette toilet with a removable waste-holding tank, hand basin, and shower (gas heated for hot showers) for you to use.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the tiny house and its surrounding areas, which include an outdoor open fire and their own private space. However, guests are always free to chat with their land hosts.

If you require assistance, please contact your land host via message/call before visiting the main residence on the property. Please keep in mind that the main house and private shed are off-limits to guests without prior permission from the land host.

- Mansfield Golf Club s a public access course that offers an 18-hole course and dining options for company retreats.
- Mansfield is a small town and 15 min drive from restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, and everything this township has to offer.
- King Valley Wines is a wonderful vineyard famed for its fine Italian winemaking, tantalizing cuisine, and wide-open fields in Victoria.
- Mount Buller is a natural attraction that offers snow sports in the winter and mountain biking, hiking, and sightseeing in the summer.
- Delatite Wines is a cellar door/restaurant that offers locally produced wines, delicious entrees, and appetizers with amazing views of Mt Buller.
- Mansfield Zoo is open all year round and provides Gumboots for use during inclement weather. You can also take a picnic and use the BBQ area, relax, and spend the day there. Check white lion feeding times, amazing close-up observation during feeding times.

If you're interested in taking public transport, a winter bus service is available to and from Mt Buller. Ski-hire equipment is also available on and off the mountain.

Keep in mind to talk with your land host if you plan to explore the place so they can direct you to your desired destination.

- 60 km drive from Howes Creek to Mount Buller
- 60 mins, 80 km drive from King Valley wine region
- 5 km, 12 minute drive from Mansfield to Howes Creek
- 215 km, 2.5 hrs drive from Melbourne CBD to Mansfield township

By public transport:

- Daily Bus service from Melbourne to Mansfield V Line services (as per timetable)
- Local Taxi service is available for guests to travel to and from nearby attractions.
- Winter Bus service to and from Mount Buller is also available, please contact land host prior to arrival.

Other Things to Note:
- No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed
- Smoking is allowed outdoors only on the property
- Reasonable reception available through Aussie Broadband WiFi
- Mobile reception is good for Telstra and average signal for Optus and Vodafone
- Please note that this is a PET-FRIENDLY property, and pet policies will be sent prior to arrival
- We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge

Important note:

- Due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife may be present on the property
- Keep in mind that BBQ grills and outdoor fire pits are not available during a total fire ban
- In order to maintain the cleanliness and functionality of our cassette toilets a minimum additional cleaning fee is applied for stays of 5 nights or more. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring a hygienic experience during your stay.
