The perfect off-grid retreat is nestled in 214 acres of rolling hills, open fields, and wildlife. Experience the best country experience where travelers can enjoy exciting opportunities to let loose and let go, especially if you have a horse to ride. Gallop over the hills of Uncle Nev's Trail Rides or take a leisure walk through the Mount Disappointment State Forest, amongst the gumtrees, through the valleys and hilltops.
Enjoy everything that country living has to offer. Where exciting activities such as Sugarloaf Creek Estate, a family-owned vineyard, and Broadford State Motorcycle Sports Complex for entertainment await you.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Keep in mind that there may be other residences on the property that guests will rent out, so you may run into them when roaming around the property.
The Space:
This is a perfect country retreat for vacationers looking to experience living off-grid with a well-equipped kitchenette, pot-bellied stove, queen-sized bed up in the loft, and a couch on the ground floor. If you plan to cook, the kitchenette has everything to cook your light meals, such as cooking tools, cutlery, and a portable electric cooler fridge.
The bathroom, however, follows ecologically sustainable principles, including a waterless eco-friendly compost toilet, hand basin, and shower (gas heated for hot showers). It focuses on satisfying people's needs with natural resources and processes to save water through using eco-friendly toilets to save the environment.
If you plan to bring your soap, shampoo, or toothpaste, we ask that you bring biodegradable products to ensure that greywater runoffs flow easily and do not harm the environment. Thank you!
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the tiny house and the surrounding areas, except the land host's private residence and barn.
Interaction with Guests:
Guests will enjoy your own private space but we are always happy to chat with you.

- The swimming pool is available to use. Please inform the land host in advance as policies may apply
- Any damage done by pets shall be payable by the guests
- Pets are not allowed on beds and sofas, and clean after pet feces
- Pets need to be kept on a leash at all times as livestock is present on the property
- Please take note to inform your host if you plan to bring your pets to our property
- Please be advised that we have free-roaming animals (and noise) on our property
- If you plan to bring your horse, please inform the land host 24 hours before arrival to make the necessary arrangements for horse boarding as usage charges and policies may apply
Important note:
- Guests are advised to bring portable power banks in case of low power
- Guests are also advised to save energy to avoid running out of electricity
- Please take note that outdoor fire pits are not available during the fire season
- Please charge your phone and electronics in advance in case of low-light days
- Dropping cigarette butts on dry grass can start a bushfire. Please put out your cigarettes properly
- Due to the property's rural location, you may encounter inconveniences such as insects during your stay
