This beach house is a certified Gold Standard Property by the Belize Tourism Board and managed by a highly respected company that manages four exclusive private island and numerous luxury waterfront villas in Placencia.

This villa offers the privacy and comfort of your own home along with all the associated high-end resort amenities, including daily maid service and a professional chef to cook your meals 3 pre-set days a week in the home. It offers all the comforts of home, fully air-conditioned, high end appliances and other amenities you would expect in a new high end custom home.

Spend your days relaxing in the hammock, chilling by the pool with a refreshing drink or exploring the ocean on one of the provided paddle boards or kayaks. The home is uniquely located in upscale private area that provides for a very private beach setting, yet it is close to fine dining and other upscale resorts in an exclusive section of Placencia, just 10 minutes from Maya Beach and 25 minutes from Placencia Village in the 6-seat gas golf cart provided and included with rental. The home also has an onsite caretaker who lives in their separate quarters located on the property.

Belize currently has a low number of COVID cases (less than 45 active cases nationwide as of May 14, 2022) and is very easy for tourist to enter the country. As of May 14, 2022 to enter Belize you just need to show a copy of your villa reservation showing that you are staying at a Gold Standard approved property and proof of having received the COVID vaccine (vaccine should be administered at least 2 weeks prior to arrival) or proof of negative rapid COVID test taken within 48 hours of arrival. If you do not have the vaccine and do not want to take a test prior to arrival a rapid test can be administered upon arrival in Belize for a cost of $50USD.
