All ingredients are fresh and local – some even from the property’s organic garden. There are daily set menus, and special diets are accommodated as much as possible.

Breakfast is served as a buffet with fresh tropical fruit, eggs, and homemade bread. Lunches can be served at the restaurant or as a picnic – they are light and nutritious, such as burritos, stewed chicken, salads, rice, and beans. Dinners start with appetizers in the bar, and then a four-course meal in the restaurant with soup, salad, entrée, and dessert.

The bar serves Belikin beer products, some wines, and cocktails with fresh fruits and juices. On certain nights drinks are served at the riverside bar, where guests can enjoy the stars. The bar is open from 11 am and has a snack menu for guests in case they are hungry in between meals.
