North side: 2 queens + pullout sofa, gas fireplace, laundry. South side: 1 bedroom (queen + double) + pullout double, plus an enclosed sunroom with floor-to-ceiling ocean views.

Two kitchens. Two private entrances. Steps to the beach.

This is two homes under one roof — side-by-side, both directly oceanfront on Campbell River’s 6 km Seawalk. Each unit has its own kitchen, bathroom(s), living room, and private entrance. When you book the full duplex, an interior connecting door between the two units can also be opened so you can move freely between sides without going outside.

**North side** — 2 queen bedrooms (one ensuite) plus a pullout double sofa in the living room, gas fireplace, 3 heat pumps, 50” Smart TV with streaming, in-unit laundry (shared with south side when full duplex booked). The kitchen has light wood cabinetry, a full dining table for 4, and bar seating for 4. A reading nook with binoculars faces the ocean.

**South side** — 1 bedroom with a queen and a double (separated by a curtain divider), plus a pullout double sofa in the living room. The kitchen is brand new — fresh fridge, stove, and dishwasher, drip coffee, toaster, dishware and cookware for 6. The dining table seats 4-6 with sliding doors to the sunroom.

The standout: an enclosed sunroom on the south side with floor-to-ceiling windows wrapping the ocean views — your year-round front-row seat to whales, eagles, and sunrise over the Strait of Georgia.

Both sides of the duplex are yours when booked together — two front entrances, two living rooms, two kitchens, the south sunroom, the north deck, and the front yard with direct ocean views. Park up to 5 vehicles (2 in the driveway, 3 in front of the house).

Guests are welcome to pick rosemary, thyme, and oregano from the herb garden. The pantry-style closet on the south side stays locked — everything else is yours.

We typically don't interact with guests directly but are happy to follow your lead. We're always available via messaging if you need anything during your stay.

This is a single property with two side-by-side units — each has its own entrance, kitchen, bathroom(s), and living areas. When you book the full duplex, both sides are exclusively yours, and an interior connecting door lets you pass between units without going outside.

Laundry is in the north unit only (available to guests on both sides when booked as the full duplex). The south side has 2 mini-splits for heating and air conditioning — one in the living room and one in the bedroom. The north side has 3 heat pumps plus a gas fireplace.
