Our Glamping site cabin is located on a 14 acres property in the middle of the woods. You will enjoy complete privacy and use of your own area on the land.

We are located close to the Transcanada Trail and the Kinsol Trestle, a World Heritage Site with beautiful swimming holes right underneath the bridge.

The Glampsite is brand-new and has a big deck as outdoor space with a big covered outdoor kitchen that includes a table and bench seat for eating.

The 20ft diameter canvas bell tent has skylights and windows for air circulation. It is furnished with a queen bed and pillows and comforter plus warm blankets. There is a small love seat, 2 chairs and a coffee table, a fan, a nightstand lamp and woven carpets.

An outdoor shower provides forest views and hot water.
We provide biodegradable organic soaps, shampoo, conditioner and cleaning products as well as fresh towels, wash cloths and a hair dryer.


An electric tank will provide hot water for the shower and the kitchen which includes a new small electric 2 burner cookstove.
Apart from that the kitchen is stocked with all new appliances such as a fridge with freezer, a toaster oven that fits a 12” pizza, a toaster, an electric water kettle, an espresso maker, a coffee machine and a french press for coffee.
We provide organic tea and coffee, organic sugar, salt, pepper and oil and various spices.

There is everything you need to cook a meal and clean up after plus store your leftovers in the fridge. An animal proof box that can be locked is provided for foods that can’t go in the fridge.

Drinking water comes in excellent quality straight from the tap from a 250 ft mountain well.

There is lots of room on the deck with 2 lounge chairs proved plus a sun umbrella.

The composting toilet is supplied with toilet paper and peat moss/wood chips. It’s a short distance away from the cabin and there are flashlights available plus solar lights along the way.

There is wifi at the site.


This is an ideal getaway for couples, good friends, or for solo reflection and artist retreat.

We have a fully equipped pottery studio on the property and the kitchen is filled with our handmade dishes.
Pottery lessons are available upon request.

You are in the Cowichan Valley here which is famous for all its vineyards and wineries, beautiful bays, rivers, lakes for canoeing, kayaking and swimming, mountains for hiking and biking, and many farm to table opportunities. Tubing, organic bakeries, artisan studios everywhere, farm markets and cultural events, there is something for everyone.

We are at the upper end of a paved road on Kapour Mountain with a gravel driveway to the site.
Lots of parking space available.
Space for pitching a tent is available in a separate flat private area for 2 extra guests on request. Extra cost for tent is $40.
