It comes furnished with beds upon booking and depending on the number of guests staying. Additionally, it comes with a private deck, a small dining table and chairs and a heater. Amenities here include nightstands, lamps, and fans for warm summer nights. Outside, guests will also find a deck with chairs for relaxing in the afternoons. Shared restrooms and washing stations are located right on site. There are no cooking facilities on site; however, guests will have a small fridge.

This property is pet-friendly, and dogs must be on leashes when on site. Guests are also asked to pick up after their dogs.

Quiet time is between 11:00 pm to 6:00 am and is strictly enforced. Failure to follow this policy will result in guests being asked to leave immediately. In this circumstance, no refund will be given.
There is no fish cleaning permitted on site, as it attracts unwanted wildlife.
Guests are asked not to cut any vegetation anywhere on the property.
