This property finds itself in the McKinley Landing neighborhood of Kelowna—10 minutes from shopping, restaurants, and other services, either in Lake Country to the north, or the Glenmore Valley of Kelowna to the south. Moreover, Kelowna is situated in the center of the Okanagan Valley, which is roughly midpoint between the Rocky Mountains to the east (a three-hour drive) and Vancouver and the Sunshine Coast to the west (a five-hour drive). The Kootenay region of British Columbia is also only three hours away.

The perfect place to enjoy an Okanagan Lake-based summer vacation, Kelowna is known to have excellent outdoor activity opportunities of all kinds. You can visit Myra Canyon Park, Lake Okanagan, and Knox Mountain Park. There is shopping and restaurants only 10 minutes away at Kane Rd. in the Glenmore neighborhood to the south or in Lake Country to the north. Three is a quaint licensed Pizza/Sandwich shop in the adjoining McKinley Beach neighborhood 5 minutes north by road.
