This lakefront beach rental is located in Kelowna, British Columbia, Canada, and can accommodate a maximum of six guests.
The suite is 1,300-square feet in size and occupies the entire lower level of the building—complete with its own private entrance. There are two spacious bedrooms, each with a large ensuite bathroom. The first bedroom has a queen-size bed, while the second bedroom has a king-size bed. A pull-out couch is available for additional guests. Both bathrooms have picture windows and spacious closets, and linens and towels are provided. There is a hairdryer available in one of the bathrooms.
In the living room, guests will find the aforementioned sofa bed, a television with a DVD player, and a fireplace. The kitchenette comes with a microwave, a toaster, a coffee maker, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, dishes, utensils, a kettle, and a six-person dining table. are provided. Other amenities include Wi-Fi, cable, centralized heating and air conditioning, and a fitness area.
Outside, there is a covered deck with a barbecue, as well as stair access to the dock and covered gazebo. Guests traveling with their own boat will be able to make use of the 5,000-pound, manual boat life to moor their boat. There is also on-site parking for up to two vehicles.
The accommodation offers a number of modern amenities, including heating, air conditioning, an iron and ironing board, a hairdryer, a small, air-dry washing machine, Wi-Fi, and a television with basic cable.
Outside, guests will have direct stairway access to Okanagan Lake and the use of a pergola with a dual swing chair and a covered gazebo with deck seating. If necessary, guests can put an additional umbrella up at the dock area, and there is a picnic table set up on the beach to make use of.
Directly off of the accommodation, there is a large covered deck, too, which features an outdoor grill, patio furniture, and all the wonderful sights and sounds of a lakeshore property in Kelowna. Guests should note that a vehicle is necessary for getting around, and there is parking on-site for two vehicles and a small boat trailer.
Please note that the hosts reside on-site and may also use the dock to access their own boat and will answer guests' questions, but otherwise keep out of the way.

No smoking and no pets. Children are welcome but they require proper supervision for a safe stay. Permission for small events only with prior approval. This property is on a hillside so mobility and use of stairs are required.
Check-in is arranged prior to arrival. Check in times accommodated after 4:00 p.m. (PST), while check-out is at 10:30 a.m.(PST).
Basic start toiletries are provided to get guests started, but they should bring their own water toys, bicycles, food, toiletries, beach towels, life preservers, and floatation devices. Water shoes are recommended in shallow water.
Boat Moorage is available on site. A manual, 5,000-pound boat lift or moorage buoy can be used at guests' own risk. The nearest boat launches are in downtown Kelowna (off of Water Street by the Grand Okanagan Resort) or at the Lake Country boat launch.
