Hidden away in the forests of the Skeena River Valley and overlooked by British Columbia's coast mountains, Canada, this log cabin rental is a secluded gem, yet it is only a short scenic drive from the Stewart-Cassiar Highway. Scribed from locally-grown cedar, it exudes an irresistible charm. Here, time slows down, the worries of the world retreat, and life takes on a natural, restorative rhythm.

In this magical setting, wilderness meets modern amenities, allowing one to commune with nature in comfort. Guests can prepare meals in the fully-equipped kitchen, enjoy the view curled up by a crackling wood-fire, or breathe in misted mountain air sitting out on the deck, freshly-brewed coffee in hand. There is the option to book the wood-fired hot tub for a soak under the stars or spend the evening watching a DVD on the flat-screen television.

Guests may rejuvenate under a hot shower or sink into a clawfoot bathtub, then slumber under a warm duvet in one of the two queen-size beds, or in an extra single bed if necessary.

Glampers at this unique log cabin will enjoy all the creature comforts needed for a relaxing getaway in British Columbia's wilderness. The cabin sits on its own 15-acre parcel for unsurpassed privacy, and just a few steps outside the door is the creek that powers the micro-hydro.

Inside, the cozy living room is furnished with a love seat, over-size armchairs, and a glass-pane wood-fire. The dining area seats four, and the fully-equipped kitchen includes a microwave, a toaster, and a coffeemaker. Linens and towels are provided.

Other amenities include a television, DVD player, and a sound system. The outdoor deck area features a picnic table, a barbeque, and a wood-fired hot tub.
