Outdoors, glampers can take in the sublime natural beauty of this location right from the comfort of the wooden deck. In the morning, glampers can enjoy a hot cup of coffee on the deck before heading to a yoga class. During the day, there are plenty of activities to enjoy, including fishing, paddleboarding, and hiking.
When hunger strikes, the on-site restaurant boasts a wonderful menu, all prepared with locally sourced ingredients. If glampers would like to experience rustic cooking, there are barbecue facilities and picnic areas on site.

Should glampers wish to fish on Lake Ruby, they should obtain a freshwater fishing license and bring along their own gear.

The glamping site is approximately two and a half hours from Vancouver, where glampers will find the nearest international airport and about five and a half hours along the coast from Seattle. Neighboring towns include Madeira Park and Egmont which are both a short drive away.

This incredible glamping retreat is nestled in the Caren Mountain Ranges and on the shores Ruby Lake, offering a wealth of outdoor recreation for glampers to enjoy. On-site, glampers can go fishing and swimming in Ruby Lake or rent equipment and enjoy stand-up paddle boarding, canoeing, and boating. Additionally, the property boasts over 80 acres of land which is just ideal for intrepid glampers as they traverse the network of hiking and biking trails that abound. With over 120 species of birds in a natural paradise surrounding by old-growth forests, nature enthusiasts will be in their element.
Further afield, glampers can head Skookumchuck Narrows Provincial Park is beautiful and features a long challenging hike for those looking to break a sweat. The hike is worth the effort once glampers reach the top, with amazing views and photo opportunities. Day trips and tours to Thormanby Islands, Savary Island, and Princess Louisa Inlet are a must and riddled with outdoor recreation.
Back on site, glampers can enjoy a delicious dinner at the restaurant, where they can sample a gourmet menu prepared with local ingredients. Furthermore, there is a wildlife sanctuary on site as well as an outdoor amphitheater.
