Detailed location provided after booking
Scenic views
This lovely cabin is the perfect retreat for those looking for some peace and quiet. It is nestled on five wooded acres on the shore of Gorge Harbour on Cortes Island, one of the Evergreen Islands in British Columbia. These islands are located on the famed 'inside passage' used by ships going to and from Alaska. They are sheltered from winter Pacific storms by Vancouver Island. Cortes Island is served by a regular ferry service from Campbell River which is on the east side of Vancouver Island. There is also a charter service direct to Gorge Harbour available from Seattle, Victoria, Vancouver, and Campbell River. The cabin is situated just above the beach with panoramic views of the harbor which feature a backdrop of the Vancouver Island Mountains in the distance. There is tons of wildlife from deer and eagles to sea lions and dolphins.
