Outside, there is a dock where guests can walk out to enjoy the most picturesque views of Lake Nipissing. There is also a fire pit that guests can use to make bonfires, treats like s'mores, or just to keep warm in the colder months while enjoying the stunning scenery outdoors.

Nipissing Lake is renowned for its bounty of fish and thus is a popular destination for avid fishers, including ice fishers. Therefore, guests at the cottage resort will also be able to rent 40 to 50 hp bass boats should they wish to fish on the lake. There are also fish cleaning facilities and a bait and tackle shop for guests to use. Guests may also rent kayaks and canoes for trips out onto the lake.
For families, there is a playground on site for children to play on. For couples, there are gazebos perfect for relaxing and watching sunsets in. There is also an area on the sandy shore where guests can play horseshoes, volleyball, badminton, and other outdoor games.
For a docking slip of any size, the daily rental rate is $15 and the weekly rate is $80. If guests bring their own personal watercraft to use and want to rent a docking slip, the daily rate is $6 and the weekly rate is $30. A ramp fee is included in the docking fee and is $8 for daily use but fluctuates for weekly use.
Gas and oil cost extra, and these prices fluctuate daily. Rates and pricing are subject to all applicable taxes. To rent a boat, a boater's license is not required but guests must provide imprints of their credit card information (Visa and Mastercard accepted). For more information regarding boat, canoe, or kayak rentals, please make inquiries with the owners.
There are ice fishing events during the winter. Interested guests must purchase a special package with separate accommodations closer to the location of the ice fishing tournament. Weekend packages for 4 people are $375 per person, 5 people are $300 per person, and 6-8 are $250 per person. Friday fishing groups and Sunday night accommodations are both an extra $40 per person. Taxes are included in these rates and prices.
There is a 2-day midweek special package that is $180 per person, also including taxes. For guests who don't want the whole package and just want to rent one of the huts used for the ice fishing participants, the fee is $50 per person and per day.

The property's location on the shores of the Lake Nipissing makes it a prime destination for avid fishers and water lovers. As previously mentioned, guests may rent bass boats to fish for any of the many species that live in Lake Nipissing. These include bass, perch, muskie, walleye, and northern pike. Guests can also rent canoes and kayaks to take out on the water. Families can bring their kids to swim in the clean, safe waters or to play on the nearly 350 feet of sandy shoreline. There is a designated outdoor gaming area on the lakeshore where guests can throw horseshoes or play volleyball and badminton.
Guests can stroll or hike through several scenic trails surrounding the property. On these trails, guests can admire the beautiful scenery, from the untouched pine forest to the gorgeous lake views, and photograph wildlife.
Lastly, guests can take day trips to Toronto, only a three-hour drive away from the property. Toronto is the capital and metropolitan hub of Canada, and guests have plentiful pickings of museums, theaters, fine dining restaurants, and historical landmarks to explore during their time in the city.
