Please note that furniture and appliances at this property are very expensive, and extra care needs to be maintained. For any damage, the guest is responsible for repairing to the original and/or replacement.

The way and the Back lawn are not being completed due to new development. Access is restricted due to work in progress.

Rules
- No smoking & no shoes inside the property
- No Pets allowed. Any violation of pet rules leads to an extra $500 charge.
- No parties, No events, no fireworks, and no excessive noise inside or outside the property
- The number of guests is restricted up to the listing count. No visitors beyond the total count are allowed, even for short stay, such as for a meal or BBQ.
- Check in at 3pm and checkout is at 11 am. If the property is available, an exception can be allowed with an additional fee.
- Follow the garbage rules. If garbage is left behind or not being sorted, $25 per bag would be charged extra.
-Outdoor commercial kitchen is prohibited. It's commercial and requires a commercial license. Any violation would lead to serious charges.

If any of the house rules are not respected, we reserve the right to terminate your stay immediately, without the possibility of a refund.
