This delightful vacation rental, set in 55 acres of gardens, is a 20-minute drive from Stratford, Ontario, and it is ideally located for anyone looking for a tranquil place to stay with easy access to outdoor activities, and the summer Stratford Festival.

There is a full bedroom suite with a double bed. The room is also furnished with a dressing table, an armoire, and a double closet for storage. Guests can completely unpack and make the rental home for the entirety of their stay. There is a four-piece ensuite where guests will also find a clothes washer and dryer for their laundry needs.

The fully-equipped kitchen has everything guests could possibly need to prepare a delicious meal, and they will find the fridge completely stocked with food for breakfast, including ingredients for a cooked breakfast. The living room has a pull-out sofa, and there is also space for a twin-size inflatable mattress for extra guests.

The rental boasts views of the stunning gardens. Guests are free to explore the extensive gardens and enjoy the wildlife and nature that call this incredible spot home. There are marked-out trails that take guests along river and woodland trails. Guests will feel as though they have truly escaped city life for a while.

The rental has all of the modern conveniences that a 21st-century could want or need. There is air conditioning so that guests will remain cool during the hotter summer months. There is a satellite-TV for guests to enjoy after a busy day exploring the local area. There are laundry facilities in the rental with both a washer and dryer provided should guests need them. The kitchen has a fully stocked fridge for all guests' breakfast needs. Bacon, eggs, sausages, and more are provided so guests can cook themselves a full, hot breakfast. All bed linens and bath towels are provided so guests do not need to take up valuable suitcase space.

Guests are free to wander the beautiful gardens and maybe try their hand at some photography. The host is an artist and art instructor and will happily give an hour-long class to guests free of charge. Around the property are trails along the nearby Fish Creek, and the surrounding woodland. The nearby Avon boat rentals give visitors the chance to get some boating, canoeing, or kayaking in. Boler Mountain is a great place for a family day out. It has a selection of high-wire courses to explore, as well as some zip lines for some adrenalin-fuelled fun. If this still isn't high enough, Sundance Balloons takes clients up in hot-air balloons to give them a truly unique view of the surrounding area.

Fanshawe Conservation Area has numerous outdoor activities available, from fishing and boating to various hiking trails. A lot of people visit this area in July and August for the Stratford Theatre Festival that has various different shows in several different theatres. The festival is internationally famous, and guests hoping to attend should ensure they have pre-booked their tickets. In London Ontario, guests can explore the Fanshawe Pioneer Village for a historical look at the area.
