This rustic log cabin has spectacular views of the Kabitotikwia Lake and is located near Armstrong, Ontario. It comfortably sleeps up to eight guests and is perfect for families or groups of friends. The cabin has running water, with hot water on demand. Linens and towels are not provided. Guests are provided with all furnishings and invited to bring pillows, blankets, and personal belongings to make a cozy home for the duration of the stay.

In the rest of the cabin, guests will find a comfortable space for relaxing, with fireplace and a propane heater to keep glampers cozy on cooler evenings. The fully equipped kitchen comes with a stove, refrigerator, oven and all utensils. The attached porch is perfect as an extra eating area or a place to keep fishing or hunting equipment.

Outside, there is a BBQ grill for al fresco dining beside the water's edge. There is also access to a firepit just a few steps away.

Facilities include boat and motor rentals, live bait and tackle, and fish cleaning house. There is a swimming area complete with swimming raft and access to long sandy beaches for exploring. The site has a store for all amenities, including gas and diesel, and a meeting room to accommodate large groups. There are BBQ grills and firepits. Wi-Fi is available.

Activities include opportunities to fish for walleye, northern pike, perch, and lake trout. Glampers can join fish cleaning classes to learn the skills to prepare fish themselves. There are many bodies of water to explore nearby, such as Pishidgi Lake, Kopka Lake, Greske lake, Jack Innes Lake, Renaud Lake, Gull River, and Johnspine Lake, to name a few.

The Armstrong area of Northwestern Ontario offers a beautiful wilderness setting for moose and grouse or partridge hunting. The local area is popular among North American hunters for the beauty of the terrain and an extremely high population of grouse/partridge. The property has thousands of acres of crown land and offers excellent ruffed spruce and sharptail hunting, as well as geese and duck hunting in the fair range. Guests can hunt by foot or ATV and enjoy the many amenities available at Kab Lake Lodge.
