This rental is the perfect spot for glampers looking to get back to nature with an added touch of 21st-century amenities. The tipi is in a wooded location in Markdale, Ontario. Suitable for year-round use, the hot tub is closed during the cold months due to the fact it can freeze, and guests can choose between three different sizes of tipi. There are tipis that can accommodate 16 guests, 12 guests, eight couples, or four individuals respectively. There is a utility building with two showers and five toilets for guests to use. All towels and toiletries are provided by the host.

Each tipi has an overall circular foam mattress on a wooden circular platform. The interior is kept warm with an indoor fire pit, much like the traditional tipis of old. The fire pit keeps the space warm and cozy for guests while giving them an authentic outdoor experience. There are some trails and game fields in the property and plenty of other activities close by such as canoeing/kayaking, fishing, golfing, swimming, horseback riding, snowshoeing, skiing, and many more.

Guests also have access to an outdoor hot tub that is available provided the temperature does not fall below zero degrees centigrade. There is also a sauna, which is open all year, regardless of the temperature. These are both heated with firewood, and the maintenance of the heat is the responsibility of guests who wish to use them. Guests are also given breakfast including fruits, egg sandwiches, coffee/tea, and there is a vegan option available upon request.

Guests should make arrangements and pay for pets prior to arrival.
