The rental contains two bedrooms, one full bathroom, a half bathroom, and a living room.

Both of the bedrooms occupy the upper floor of the rental. The first bedroom features a queen-size bed flanked by nightstands and bedside lamps, an armchair, a closet, a dresser, and a television. The second bedroom provides guests with two double beds, an armchair, a dresser, a closet, and a television. Between the bedrooms, guests will find the full bathroom, which contains a toilet, a sink, and a combination bathtub/shower. Linens and towels are provided.

When the lake freezes over, guests can enjoy an ice skating rink, a broomball rink, ice fishing spots, and equipment for lake curling.

Kayaks, canoes, sailboats, pedal boats, bikes, pedal carts, tennis rackets, golf clubs, miniature golf putters, badminton rackets, volleyballs, and fishing poles are all available to guests for free as part of their stay. Snowmobiles and motor boats are available to rent.

For playing and practicing sports, guests can compete against each other or themselves at the tennis courts, a basketball court, a badminton court, a four-way beach volleyball court, a soccer field, a baseball diamond, a batting cage, an archery range, and a five-hole golf course.
