It has two bedrooms and one full bathroom. The first bedroom features a queen-size bed flanked by nightstands with bedside lamps, a dresser, a closet, and a television. The second bedroom doubles as a living room during the day and provides two double beds, a love seat that folds out into a single bed, a wood-burning fireplace, a television with a DVD player, a closet, a coffee table, an armchair, and a table for two—perfect for snacking or playing games. When the lake freezes over, guests can enjoy an ice skating rink, a broomball rink, ice fishing spots, and equipment for lake curling.

Kayaks, canoes, sailboats, pedal boats, bikes, pedal carts, tennis rackets, golf clubs, miniature golf putters, badminton rackets, volleyballs, and fishing poles are all available to guests for free as part of their stay. Snowmobiles and motor boats are available to rent.

For playing and practicing sports, guests can compete against each other or themselves at the tennis courts, a basketball court, a badminton court, a four-way beach volleyball court, a soccer field, a baseball diamond, a batting cage, an archery range, and a five-hole golf course.
