Quai Perché - Forest Escape, River views & Hot Tub | Baie Saint Paul, Canada

Villa in Baie Saint Paul, Quebec

12 guests • 4 bedrooms • 5 beds • 2.5 bathrooms

This sleeps 12 across four bedrooms with floor-to-ceiling windows framing the St. Lawrence and Île-aux-Coudres. Hot tub, screened terrace, and outdoor fire pit included. Seven minutes from Baie-Saint-Paul's galleries, restaurants, and whale-watching departures with a view that lingers long after checkout. Come see why every guest comes back.

Position yourself in front of expansive windows that frame the St. Lawrence River at its most vibrant. From morning through late evening, summer light dances across the water, with Île-aux-Coudres stretching green along the horizon and the gentle hills of Charlevoix rolling in every direction.

Four well-appointed bedrooms are designed for true comfort, complemented by two and a half bathrooms to ensure smooth, unhurried mornings, even for larger groups. The property accommodates up to 12 guests, offering a thoughtful layout that balances inviting shared spaces with quiet areas to retreat and recharge.

The kitchen is fully equipped for serious cooking, with generous counter space for meal preparation and includes high-end appliances. Open-concept living areas flow effortlessly, while floor-to-ceiling windows keep the river in view, whether you're enjoying a morning coffee or winding down at the end of the day.

A screened-in terrace lets you enjoy the breeze without interruption, while the outdoor spa naturally becomes the gathering point as evenings unfold. The fire pit completes the experience, perfect for lingering under clear summer skies.

This chalet is designed for those who value space, comfort, and an exceptional view, without compromise.

After a day exploring the trails above Baie-Saint-Paul, whale watching on the St. Lawrence, or discovering the village’s galleries and terrace restaurants, you return here: to the water, to the light, and to a terrace that’s been waiting for you.

Please note that this property is equipped with an outdoor security camera monitoring the main entrance only, in full compliance with rental platform privacy policies. No recording devices are installed inside the property.
