The tipis are housed in the heart of a pine plantation and each can sleep between two and four people around a cozy indoor fire. There is also a lovely picnic table situated outside amongst the trees for guests to enjoy early morning breakfasts, or delicious evening meals while being surrounded by nature. The rates for this accommodation are based on two people occupancy, extra guests are $20 per person, per night, with a maximum of four guests. There is a $20 fee per day if guests require towels and sleeping bags. Check-in is from 4 pm. Check-out is at 12 noon.

On the property guests will find areas for playing volleyball and badminton, whether it be for a friendly game or a competitive family tournament. There is direct access to the Red River where guests can go canoeing or kayaking. The property offers hiking and biking trails as well as areas to pick wild fruits and go fishing.
