This glamping site is tucked away in the small village of Nominingue, in Quebec. The cities of Ottawa and Montreal are an accessible two-and-a-half hours away by car, making this a great place for a weekend getaway. Set near the Grand Lac Nominingue, guests can enjoy stunning views of the Laurentian Mountains. The Rouge-Matawin Wildlife Reserve is close by, and glampers can take advantage of the stunning Rivière-Rouge, just ten minutes from the site.

Glampers will be spoiled for choice when it comes to outdoor activities at this site. The forests and rivers provide ample hiking, biking, cycling, and golfing opportunities in the summer; and in the winter, snow transforms this woodland into excellent terrain for dog sledding.

At Nominingue golf club, guests can take try the 18-hole golf course, and guests can rent equipment and take lessons. In the nearby forest, a former railway track was transformed into a cycling path and roller-skating track, which stretches for miles.

In the summer months, there is a beautiful sand beach along Nominingue Lake where guests can relax and enjoy a supervised swimming. Guests can also partake in volleyball, petanque, ping-pong and buoy rafting. There are opportunities to rent a boat, go windsurfing, or enjoy canoeing, kayaking, and sailing along the nearby lake.
