In the lower level, there are four futons, a television, a washing machine, a table with chairs, and a dresser. The bathroom is on the main floor and has a toilet, a sink, and a glass shower. Linens and towels are provided.

In the living room, guests will find a wood-burning stove, a futon, a television with a DVD player, and three comfortable chairs. There is a separate dining area with a wooden table and additional seating. The fully stocked kitchen comes with a stove, an oven, a microwave, a coffee maker, a refrigerator, and a kettle. There is also a stocked bookcase near the stairs.
