The first bedroom boasts a regal king-size and trundle bed, while the next two bedrooms feature comfortable full-size beds. The final bedroom contains two twin beds. This house also features a fully equipped studio apartment in the basement with a queen-size bed. There are three sofa beds, three single and one double, that easily convert into another bed should additional sleeping space be required.

All of the full bathrooms include the essentials, such as a shower, a sink, and a bathroom, whereas the half bathroom has a toilet and a sink. Linens and towels are included.
