About this place

Set in Chiloé, this tree house for rent is located on the peninsula of Nercón, four kilometers south of Castro. Taking advantage of the resources of the area, its finishes are made of wood from native trees including, Larch, Mañío, Ulmo and Arrayán. This tree house was constructed was built on Canelo and Lumen trees, with a balanced mixture of a high altitude and a comfortable loft space.

It offers cozy rooms, which are small penthouses and lofts. It boasts three terraces, built on different levels and all with a seafront view. Guests will have Wi-Fi, a shower and a bathroom available to them. There is a full kitchen, towels offered and music equipment. Guests will also have a terrace with a view of the sea. It can sleep up to three guests and offers one king-size bed.

Every corner of the house was harmoniously decorated with custom-made looms and natural materials sourced from the island itself. For this reason, all of the tones within the tree house are natural, resulting in continuity of lush greens and coffee hues. Furthermore, this host has incorporated this area’s native roots, utilizing artisan decor from Tarahuín, a community from Chonchi. The rooms have been painted by Carlos Riquelme Navarro, a prestigious painter from Punta Arenas. His work perfectly accompanies the rustic decorations, as well as the delicate ambiance within the tree house. The furnishings are all made of larch and oak.
