Your own private cabin close to Pailania on 10 acres of paradise, the property features multiple waterfalls, mountain spring water, natural swimming pool, great views over the valley, and lots of green natural space.

We have a flower garden, organic food garden, organic food forest. Almost our entire terrain is covered with trees, which is also our goal. We have primary forest but also secondary forest sown by us.

We don't offer food!

If total immersion in nature is what you're after, that's what you'll get. Lots of water. Lots of plants. Lots of birds and butterflies. We have monkeys, toucans and we've seen a sloth at our finca. We like to create a safe environment for these animals. We have many waterfalls in our finca, some are more than 8 meters high. These are all to visit and enjoy.

It's not a party place! Come to enjoy the pool, the waterfalls, the nature. No loud music.

The cabin has 1 bedroomm that can comfortably fit 2 guests, with a large balcony with hammock and outdoor seating. The weather is warm by day, and cool by night. Wood fired BBQ available by the all-natural pool, which can be best use day-time during daylight.

The shower of the cabin hasn't got hot water and is in the open air as you can see on the photos. It's a gem, but everyone has it's own taste! We've installed an electric shower as well for the people who find it difficult with the cold water. But this water is still not hot, I would say it's 20-25 degrees

The photos were taken in summer, dry season. If you travel in winter/ during rainy season, the water may look different as well as the nature.

We do not offer food! This makes it very difficult to find a balance in terms of costs for preparing food, because someone only has to cook for 2 people. Of course we can prepare a local meal on request, but this is not cheap for that reason. Restaurants are not close by, so we think that cooking yourself is the best.

This is an accommodation that is focused on receiving nature lovers. We have tried to make this accommodation as luxurious as possible, such as providing a good mattress, an extensive kitchen and a mosquito net. However, modern city luxury is very difficult to achieve, as we are on top of a mountain and everything has to be carried up the mountain.

In addition, we are in the jungle. It is good to realize that there are many animals in the jungle. Some are experienced as fun, such as monkeys, sloths and birds. Others less so; such as snakes, spiders and scorpions.

The jungle causes high humidity, so take this into account. There is a lot of water here on the terrain as well as underground. At night there is a lot of rain, and during the day the sun often shines very brightly. This also causes high humidity.

We recommend people to stay at least 3-4 nights. A full day hanging at the pool as well as a free tour of the finca. The second day visiting a cacao tour. The third full day an activity such as rafting, canyoning, paragliding or rappel. We have the contacts to help you make the reservations. There is so much to do in the area, also beautiful hikes to the Santo Domingo River and the Melcocho River. Don't be afraid to stay here for two weeks; you will run out of time!

It's very important to know that you need to climb many stairs from the parking lot to the cabin! So this place is not suited for people who have difficulties with that and we recommend traveling light!

Traveling from Medellín is very easy. With the Flota Granada to San Francisco your journey takes 2.5 hours. The bus drops you off at the door of the finca. Very easy and cheap. I will send further instructions after confirming the reservation.

The entire road is paved up to the property. From the entrance, there's a track marker. There are photos in the ad to see what it looks like, so you can decide yourself.

If you have pets, please message me before booking. I have two dogs. They play well with many dogs, but can be annoying against other males, which is not nice. They are great with people! Pets are not allowed on textiles: mattresses, pillows, sheets, or beds. We provide beautiful bed linens and want to ensure they are clean for the next guests.

We also have chickens (with fresh eggs), ducks and cats.

Regular Wi-Fi is available, but it can be unstable (especially in bad weather). Unfortunately, this is beyond our control. We also offer Starlink as an option, though we charge an additional fee for this because we have Local Priority.

There are so many activities to do here: rafting, a cacao tour, canyoning, abseiling, paragliding. After booking I will be happy to help.

We have two cabins for rent, one of which is this one. The other cabin sleeps two. The natural pool is shared with the other cabin.
