This luxury villa with beachside views can sleep up to 12 people and comes with four bedrooms and five bathrooms in total. Three of the four bedrooms are located in the main house, whereas the fourth bedroom is located in a separate house close to the pool area. The space where the fourth bedroom is located has two twin beds, a queen-sized bed, and its own private bathroom.
Within the main house, the three remaining bedrooms each have their own private bathrooms, as well as generous closets and air conditioning. There are two beachfront patios shared between the three rooms; the master bedroom has its own private patio, while the other two bedrooms share the second.
In addition, there is a full kitchen and a roomy lounging area, two great places to spend time with family and friends while inside the villa. The lounge comes with cable television, a DVD player, a CD player, and a sound system for guests to sit back and relax between dips in the pool. There is a full bathroom connected to this area of the house, and the sofas can be converted into extra sleeping accommodations, if necessary.
Guests will be mere steps from the beach, where they can surf and swim in the crystal blue waters of the Pacific Ocean.
