In total, this house has 10 bedrooms between the main house and the separate guest house. The main house has seven rooms, all with ocean views and en-suite bathrooms, as well as private balconies and panoramic views of Flamingo Bay and Catalina Islands. The eighth bedroom is slightly smaller, also with ocean views, but with a shared bathroom. The guest house has two bedrooms and one bathroom, as well as a fully equipped, private kitchen. There is a 42-inch plasma flat-screen TV in the living room. The large deck is complete with lounge chairs and connects to a covered dining area. Towels and linens are changed daily.
There is a daily housekeeper and a daily breakfast chef included in each stay. Guests may request a chef to prepare lunch and dinner meals when they send a booking request to the owner.

Within minutes guests can arrive to a number of secluded and unspoiled beaches full of activities and perfect for lounging under the sun. Surfboards are rented all along the coast, and guests can sign up for classes or simply seek the perfect wave on their own. The clear blue water is also great for snorkeling, kayaking, and paddle boarding. Close to the beach is the tropical jungle where groomed trails allow mountain bikers, hikers, and horseback riders to roam across hills and enjoy ocean views. Adults will appreciate the gourmet restaurants and fun shopping in the area, while kids can be entertained by the kids park with tree top swings. Adventurers and nature-lovers will enjoy going on canopy tours, where guests can go zip-lining through the tree tops.
