The accommodation features a stone path that is surrounded by tropical flora, which leads guests to the triangular wooden door that opens up to the charming interior. There is also a triangular window, a private bathroom, and glass doors that slide open to a beachfront terrace with outdoor furniture—the sand and blue ocean just steps away.

Breakfast and candlelit dinners are included in the daily, per-person rental rates.
Breakfast is served from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m., lunch is from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., and dinner is from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. The restaurant close at 10 p.m., so the last reservation allowed is at 9 p.m. If guests are leaving before 7 a.m. on the day of their departure, they can ask for a to-go breakfast the night before.

The resort is a 10- to 15-minute walk down the beach from the center of Montezuma center, and transportation is provided on the day of arrival and departure from 8:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. A flashlight can be provided by the front desk for guests who would like to take a walk at night.
The host must be alerted if guests plan to arrive after 8 p.m., so they can coordinate the after-hours luggage transportation. Check-in starts at 2 p.m., but guests are welcome to come any time after 8:30 a.m. to enjoy the resort's facilities while they wait to check-in.
